A $200 pp booking discount is available if final payment is made by check by the final payment date of 6/23/27.

A $600 per person deposit is due within 3 weeks of reservation. $100 is non-refundable immediately and the full $600 becomes non-refundable at 180 days prior to departure. Final balance is due by 6/23/2027.

Travel insurance is $725 per person.

This adventure is only suitable for travelers who live an active life-style, have good health and mobility, are comfortable riding in off-highway vehicles and enjoy comfortable lodges / camps with limited abilities.  PACE: Active - 4.  TERRAIN: City streets, uneven roads and bumpy terrain during game viewing with often dusty conditions. Uneven paths and terrain at lodges / camps.  VEHICLES: Safarai Mini Vans and/or Jeeps.  SPECIAL FACTORS: Passenger responsibility to review recommended immunizations. Thursday, September 23 - Overnight Flight from Newark to South Africa

  • Depart for NEWARK AIRPORT via Benedict's Motorcoach to board your OVERNIGHT FLIGHT to SOUTH AFRICA to begin your adventure of a lifetime!

Friday, September 24 - Arrive in Cape Town, South Africa

  • Arrive in CAPE TOWN, one of the world's most beautiful cities. Meet your PREMIER WORLD TOUR DIRECTOR and transfer to your HOTEL for a 4 NIGHT STAY. Cape Town is commonly referred to as the "Mother City" by locals, as it was home to the first European settlement in South Africa.  Hotel check-in willl not be available until mid-afternoon.  The remainder of the day is at leisure.

Saturday, September 25 - Discover Cape Town

BREAKFAST is included at the hotel.  This morning, take the TABLE MOUNTAIN CABLE CAR for incredible views of Cape Town.  Table Mountain has been named as one of the seven wonders of nature and is the most photographed landmark in the country.   Later enjoy a CAPE TOWN CITY TOUR featuring landmarks like the CASTLE OF GOOD HOPE (1666), CITY HALL, and the GRAND PARADE.  Along Adderley Street, you'll see ST. GEORGE'S CATHEDRAL and pass by the Company Gardens and the Malay Quarter.  Later, enjoy a WELCOME DINNER with your fellow travelers.  

Sunday, September 26 - Cape of Good Hope (Cape Point)

  • Following an included BREAKFAST at the hotel, we will depart for a full day CAPE POINT & PENINSULA EXCURSION.  Travel along the Atlantic Coastline past famous beaches in the shadow of the impressive TWELVE APOSTLES MOUNTAIN PEAKS.  Continue past fishing villages before arriving at the CAPE OF GOOD HOPE NATURE RESERVE (Cape Point) for breathtaking views from this famous milestone of explorers and pirates.  Guests can choose to walk or take the CAPE POINT FUNICULAR, the only railway of its kind in Africa, to enjoy the panoramic views.  Rich in cultural and natural heritage this is one of the top tourist destinations in South Africa.  Then, have an included LUNCH at SEAFORTH RESTAURANT, set on the white sands of Seaforth Beach at the waters edge with spectacular ocean and mountain views.  Later, visit BOULDERS BAY PENGUIN COLONY, where a colony of African penguins settled in 1982.  Also visit the KIRSTENBOSCH BOTANICAL GARDENS to see unique South African plant species.

Monday, September 27 - Leisure Time - Cape Winelands

  • BREAKFAST is included at the hotel.  Enjoy the morning at leisure or join an optional excursion to Robben Island, where Nelson Mandela spent 18 years as a polotical prisoner. Many of the tour guides are former political prisoners. The tour includes a look at Mandela's cell.  This afternoon, everyone will enjoy the included visit to the CAPE WINELANDS for a WINE TASTING & CELLAR TOUR experience. The region is renowned for crisp white and classic French style red wines along with fantastic cheeses and olives.  

Tuesday, September 28 - Cape Town - Johannesburg - Dinokeng Game Reserve

  • Following BREAKFAST at the hotel, and checking out, we will FLY TO JOHANESSBURG.  Upon arrival, take a short ride north to the DINOKENG GAME RESERVE for a TWO NIGHT STAY. Enjoy LUNCH, followed by a GAME DRIVE in one of the premier game-watching destinations in the world.  It is possible to see all the classic African big game including elephant, black and white rhino, hippopotamus, giraffe, zebra, buffalo, warthog and antelope.  Large carnivores include lion, leopard, cheetah and spotted hyena.  After your safari experience, return to the lodge for DINNER included with your fellow travelers.   

Wednesday, September 29 - Dinokeng Game Reserve

  • BREAKFAST is included at the hotel today, followed by TWO GAME DRIVES in the Dinokeng Game Reserve.  One Game Drive will be EARLY MORNING while the other one will be heading out in the LATE AFTERNOONLUNCH is included today as well.  The varied habitats on Dinokeng Game Reserve provide ideal conditions for an astounding selection of large mammals including the BIG FIVE, and other predators such as HYENA and JACKAL.  That's not to mention the elusive CHEETAH, cheeky HONEY BADGER and the omnipresent creches of WARTHOGS.  Join us this evening for DINNER at your lodge.


Thursday, September 30: Dinokeng Game Reserve - Johannesburg - Victoria Falls

  • Following BREAKFAST, we will transfer to JOHANNESBURG for our FLIGHT TO VICTORIA FALLS, ZIMBABWE.  On arrival, we will transfer to your LODGE and check in for a TWO NIGHT STAY.  The mighty ZAMBEZI RIVER plunges 300-feet into the ZAMBEZI GORGE creating breathtaking VICTORIA FALLS.  This evening, enjoy a ZAMBEZI EXPLORER SUNSET CRUISE to take in the scenery and watch for wildlife while sipping and sampling from a selection of INCLUDED DRINKS and CANAPES onboard the 140 seat boat. 

Friday, October 1: Victoria Falls

  • After BREAKFAST, we will take a VICTORIAN FALLS WALKING TOUR to experience "One of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World."  There are several spectacular vantage points along the width of the Falls.  Walk through the rain forest which flanks the Falls and stop to marvel at the MAIN FALLS, HORSESHOE FALLS, RAINBOW FALLS, the BOILING POT and LIVINGSTONE ISLAND.  Feel the thunderous noise and see clouds of iridescent spray rise upon the water's impact, often forming vivis rainbows during this awe-inspiring experience.  The remainder of the day is at LEISURE to explore on your own.  Maybe visit the local CRAFT MARKET or enjoy the amenities of your hotel.

Saturday, October 2: Victoria Falls - Chobe National Park

  • Following BREAKFAST this morning, we will travel to the CHOBE NATIONAL PARK area for a TWO NIGHT STAY.  Located in northern Botswana, Chobe has one of the largest concentrations of game in Africa and is Botswana's first national park.  Arrive at your lodge for an included LUNCH.  Later, enjoy your first GAME DRIVE IN CHOBE NATIONAL PARK.  The park is famous for large herds of ELEPHANT and BUFFALO, as well as large PRIDES OF LIONLEOPARDS, AFRICAN WILD DOGS, ANTELOPE, and HIPPOPOTAMUS can also be spotted in the park.  DINNER is included this evening.

Sunday, October 3: Chobe National Park

  • After BREAKFAST, we will head out on a GAME DRIVE in CHOBE NATIONAL PARK.  Enjoy the middle of the day at leisure for LUNCH at the lodge.

Monday, October 4: Chobe - Victoria Falls - Johannesburg - Flight to USA

  • Following BREAKFAST, we will transfer back to Victoria Falls to board a SHORT FLIGHT to Johannesburg.  Later, board your FLIGHT back to the USA.

Tuesday, October 5: Return to USA

  • Today, we will return home via a FLIGHT TO NEWARK, with exciting memories of your South Africa & Victorian Falls Adventure.
