Start with Summer Tomato Shooters, followed by Seared Scallops with Mixed Greens and Basil Dressing, Wood-Roasted Beef Tenderloin Sage and Garlic with Taleggio and Prosciutto Pie, and Blueberry Sabayon with Fresh Fruit. Wine Tasting and Pairing available on-site with Innerstoic Wine & Cider Co. Advanced reservations are required for this event.
You must be 21 or older to taste wine at this event and be able to show a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license. If you do not have this with you, you will not be able to participate in this event. There are no exceptions to this rule!
