    PLEASE NOTE: The above pickups are available, but you must call to confirm. We do not stop at all pickup locations, unless people are designated to get on at the pickup locations.
  • Fast food breakfast stop will be made en route.
  • Enjoy lunch on your own at Old Westbury Diner.
  • Arrive at OLD WESTBURY GARDENS & PHIPPS ESTATE for a GUIDED TOUR of the magnificent mansion and the formal gardens. Westbury House is furnished with fine English antiques and decorative arts, and the estate's formal gardens, landscaped grounds, woodlands and lakes are unparralleled!
  • Enjoy a WINE TASTING at PINDAR VINEYARDS, one of the orginal pioneers of Long Island Wine Country and a family owned winery that has been up and running since 1979!
  • Check-in to the HYATT PLACE LONG ISLAND/EAST END for your 2-NIGHT STAY
  • DINNER is included tonight at the LONG ISLAND AQUARIUM. Sit back and dine in an exclusive experience amongst the various sea life exhibits. During your meal, you are welcome to stroll around the indoor space of the Aquarium to see Ray Bay, fish swimming in the lagoon, the living reef tank, and the shark tunnel.

Tuesday, September 17

  • Enjoy BREAKFAST at the hotel this morning.
  • This morning, meet your STEP-ON GUIDE for the next two days, Bruce Michael. Bruce is a long-time resident of the Hamptons and retired producer of the Radio City Rockettes.  We will start the day in the historic Southampton Village, the oldest English settlement in New York State. The history of Southampton will be described as we travel through former farmlands, now the location of the estates of its celebrated residents.
  • Stop at COOPER'S BEACH, voted one of America’s best beaches. Taking a stroll on Cooper’s Beach is a sublime experience and you will see where Southampton Village residents like to relax and enjoy a swim.
  • The next stop is the heart of SOUTHHAMPTON VILLAGE'S SHOPPING DISTRICT. Bruce will point out famous landmarks including, Hildreth’s, America’s oldest department store, the charming boutiques of Job’s Lane and the delightful eateries.
  • Continue to America’s most expensive zip codes of SAGAPONACK, BRIDGEHAMPTON and EAST HAMPTON traveling past some of the most beautiful homes in the Hamptons, from Steven Spielberg to Ina Garten, Bruce will be sure to tell you who lives in many of the homes on the route.
  • Arrive in MONTAUK, hear the history from its origins as the home of the Montaukett Indians to its development as a fishing village and now the home of beautiful properties, a quaint downtown and magnificent Harbor. Lunch will be on your own while here.
  • Visit the MONTAUK LIGHTHOUSE, the oldest lighthouse in New York, authorized during the Presidency of George Washington. Climb the 137 steps to the top of the tower and explore on your own the exhibits in the "keeper’s house" museum. Stop in the gift shop and walk the grounds for fantastic views!
  • Enjoy FREE TIME in EAST HAMPTON VILLAGE to experience the famous thrift shop of the Ladies Village Improvement Society or stroll through what is considered one of the most beautiful villages in America.
  • As we return to our hotel, we will travel through Hampton's Horse Country, known for its sprawling horse farms and the Hamptons Horse Show.
  • DINNER is included tonight at JERRY & THE MERMAID.

Wednesday, September 18

  • BREAKFAST is included at the hotel this morning.
  • Meet Bruce and depart for SAG HARBOR. On the way, there will be a stop at CONSCIENCE POINT, the exact location where 20 families from Lynn, Massachusetts landed in June of 1640 to establish the oldest English Settlement in New York State – Southampton. While taking a short walk to the actual landing spot of the founding families of Southampton, its history will come alive as you view the spot where time stands still.
  • The bus will go up NORTH SEA ROAD, the same route the Shinnecock Indians used to guide the families as they showed them the area that would become their new settlement. We will then pass through the neighborhoods of a NORTH SEA and NOYAC on the route to Sag Harbor.
  • Arrive in SAG HARBOR. Founded in 1707, Sag Harbor’s port was the center of foreign and coastal trade and designated by President George Washington in 1789 as an official port of entry into the United States. Sag Harbor’s illustrious history will be described as you view its immaculately restored neighborhoods and local treasures.
  • ADMISSION to the WHALING MUSEUM. The mission of the museum is to preserve, interpret and promote the culture of Sag Harbor through its collection of historical objects related to the village’s whaling history, as well as the presentation of contemporary exhibits and events that reflect the culture of the village today and put Sag Harbor’s past and present into context.
  • TOUR the WHALER'S CHURCH, built when Sag Harbor was at the height of prosperity and 63 whaling ships called Sag Harbor home.
  • Enjoy lunch and shopping on your own in Sag Harbor.
  • Say goodbye to Bruce and depart for home.
  • Dinner will be on your own at Rockaway Mall food court.
  • Arrive home with wonderful memories of your Enchanting Long Island Tour!
